I had the privilege to shoot for Jon Pritikin on Friday

Jon is behind Feelthepower.org and odds are you have seen him perform at your school or church

He speaks to around 150,000 kids a year going from school to school telling the story of his childhood. Although he is a very large man now, as a child he was bullied and harassed. He speaks at schools hoping that his story will prevent future kids from being bullied.

About a year ago he brought his daughter to the middle school where this all happened. After showing his daughter where he got beat up, and where he would sit and eat alone everyday his daughter looked up at him and said "Daddy i'd eat lunch with you". This is the title to the book Jon is currently writing, a book that goes more into detail of his life story. Jon wanted to recreate that day with photographs for the book and was kind enough to ask me to shoot it. As well as a few family photos as well. Jon is such a kind man and it was cool to meet him!
